Web Mail Settings
You are able to access your email server from anywhere in the world using a web browser.
Simply enter the address https://login.bluehost.com/hosting/webmail
You will then be asked for your email username and password, we email these to you when the email accounts are first created. You then have the option to do the following actions:-
- Read your email using Hoard, RoundCube, or SquirrelMail.
All are great but we prefer to use SquirrelMail. - Change Password – You can set your password to something memorable to you, it’s secure, we won’t know it.
Don’t worry about losing it, we do have the means of resetting it if you forget it. - Auto Responders – Very useful if you are going away on holiday and want people to know you won’t be around.
- Configure Mail Clients – Add your email to Outlook or Outlook Express with a single click!
- Email Delivery Route – Next time a client claims to have not received your email you can use this tool to check that your mail server can see their mail server. Yeah, it’s a bit of a geek tool.
- Email Filtering – Add inbox rules before they ever reach your inbox. A spam filter of last resort, more useful for redirecting specific emails to different colleagues whilst on that well-earned break.
Email Accounts
Email accounts will be set up when a new website is produced. The email configuration details will be provided to you by email, including usernames and passwords. Generic email information is provided below, however changes or resending of username and password information will need to be requested by phone or email.
Additional Email Accounts
Additional email accounts can be requested at any time. Simply email us the names of the account and your domain.

One of the tools we use to manage our client’s web site is Webalizer. If requested, these logs can be generated as off-line web pages and emailed to clients on a monthly basis.
However, an even better and easier to manage tool is Google Analytics. This can be integrated into your site and allows you to find out all sorts of information about people who visit you site:-
